J_Snow
I didnt know which forum to put this in-so I'll stick it here.I got a bill from AT&T/Cingular this month for a cell phone that was disconnected last APRIL.... yes... Last APRIL.I called them and said-WTF... and they were like-oh, sorry, we have noticed that since the billing systems were merged some of these old accounts have been re-activated.Neat-Not only was it re-activated, but the EFT payment was turned back on too! So when this happened last month (and I wasnt here to see it) I got dinged for $80 and they wont return the money. They did credit this months bill and disconnected the service, again.Bastards... KentWA
Call your bank and tell them you did not authorize the debit from your account and want it reversed, That will likely get them a ~$20 fee from their bank.

ladyblue65
The bank is a start, Write att not cingular. The address on one of your old bills the aurora (?) address and demand that they refund all your funds plus $30.00 for stop payment + fees for damaging credit with the back. I had to do it with AOL and I ended up with almost $300.00 in my pocket
