dfwgal
I recived a letter today from TU stating that they have previously verified the item as accurate and therefore consider my dispute to be frivolous. I am a newbie to all this so I was wondering what I should do? They list the name of the creditor that verified on the letter. Is there a standard letter that I should now send to them or what is the next action I should take? I have been reading the boards and I found a posting that had the same issue and I think the person sent an Intent to Sue letter. Can someone tell me where I can get that letter? Is that my next step? Thanks so much for all the help!!!

KentWA
You need to send a proceeduraly request. That is if you have previously disputed. If you have not previously disouted, then send them a letter telling them you have note disputed before and they need to tell you you requested it, when and all that. Then they need to reinvestigate.
