cool2day
I am trying to dispute items on my Experian credit report I received back around 11/04 through CreditExpert.com However I can not submit a dispute through the CreditExpert site, becasue I am no longer a member.Experian.com instructs me to submit dispute through CreditExpert.com if I do not have a credit report number. (Supposedly, a report driectly received from Experian.com should have a credit report number.)When I call the phone number 888-397-3742 for Experian, there is no option for dispute, and I can not a get a live person to talk to.In this case, how do I submit a dispute with Experian without having to purchase another credit report? (Does anyone have a Experian phone number to call for dispute?)
J_Snow
You need to get an EX credit report directly from them. Can you order a report and claim denied credit to get it for free?
missinglink
I just recieved my experian credit report in the mail today. They give this to dispute online http://experian.com/disputes/They want a reference number. On my report it says creditexpert.com enroll now for 30 days free get unlimited acess, blah blah. Maybe you can enroll and then before the thirty days are up they won't charge you.I'm looking for phone numbers on mine. O.K. they give this number for disputes 1-800-583-4080. Let me known if you get a live person. I don't know how they would expect someone to dispute with a computer.
