creditdodger
I have DV'd the CA 2 times to no avail. Last night I followed the advice of some experts here and decided to email the execs. I just got an email from a Supervisor at the CA and it is going to be removed. If I ever meet DocDon, I will buy him a beer. Thanks everybody. wunderwoman
How do you find out who the execs are?
creditdodger
Even though I normally use LexisNexus, this CA had its execs on their corporate website. Very convenient.
workinninetofive
I might start trying that. Can you use email in court? I will use it nevertheless, just curious.
adminppdotcom
Even if the collection agency does not list the email addresses of the Execs, you can always send an email to "admin@......" or "info@....." or "webmaster@...."And the mail will get there. Just put ATTN..... in the subject line.

creditdodger
This is the email I sent:"There is a tradeline on my credit report from XXXXX that does not belong to me. I have contacted the original creditor (XXXXX) and they have no record of a balance. I have sent numerous requests for your company to validate the debt and send me proof or to have the account purged from your database. As of yet I have not received any response. I am running our of options and I would greatly appreciate your help. The account is listed as # XXXXX. Thank you very much."Very simple and to the point.
