Debt settlement agreement letter questions

I am at the point where i will be settling with Chase, they have agreed to do the in writting bit and are sending me a letter to review, my question is how EXACTLY i need this to read, they have agreed to paid as agreed being reported within 2 weeks of final payment, which by the way they have agreed to aceept over 6 months, they are going to report over those 6 months that all payments were made on time, thats a good thing right? Do i need to make sure both the CA and the OC are named on the settlement letter and agree to the terms? Im nervous im goign to forget something or that they will slide something past me which will come back to haunt me.........Thanks fr the help all!!!!! Your life savers Forgot to ask if the paid as agred will delete the old negative reports on the account? Thanks
