I just received a trial order from law firm, representing a CA. I have sent them a validation letter about 3 months ago, they never answered. I have also sent an answer- both to court and law firm(acting as debt collector), denying everything. So today I got a trial call order, set for status, with a written note:"Plaintiff to notify defendant.Defendants county claim is dismissed for want of proseciution".What does it mean? Please help

yes, I did include counterclaims, but I did't make it to the court I have received a written message that" an order for default was entered on ..... by judge.....".so I thought that's it- I lost and I have to pay, but I didn;t get any communication until 2day.
