chaberek
I just received a trial order from law firm, representing a CA. I have sent them a validation letter about 3 months ago, they never answered. I have also sent an answer- both to court and law firm(acting as debt collector), denying everything. So today I got a trial call order, set for status, with a written note:"Plaintiff to notify defendant.Defendants county claim is dismissed for want of proseciution".What does it mean? Please help
