coocoobird
Its a easy question really, I have a EQ score of 577 at the moment.. (currently disputing) is it possible to buy a home with this score? I was thinking maybe going with personal fianancing through someone so it would be easier. I only have about 1000$ to put down at the moment too.. I will settle for a mobile home lol no joke.. Was wondering though what my payments would be about .. i am paying 800 a month where i am now and im renting.. i want to buy.. Thanks !!!
Tourniquet416
on myfico.com they have a chart on the left hand side that says what your monthly payment would be at a certain interest rate, going by your credit score.i'm in the same boat you're in. i'm determined to get my score as high as i can before i buy a house. coocoobird
i noticed something on my credit report though.. Didnt look good enough before.. But i have found an account i have paid off a long time ago. they never updated the account to pays as agreed, its showing as a negative paid account.. So thats hurting me in points.. I also have a 150$ bank account that im going to clean up on monday, and i have one negative for like 2100$ that i have no idea what the heck it is. It was originally from Compucred or something. Looked them up and they deal with bad checks alot. So im hoping noone used a check with my name on it a long time ago. So if i get those squared away , i wonder what that would bring my score up to?
