iamresilient
The creditor calls my home too. I asked them twice not to call my job...but they do anyway.
c m chase
Put it in writing. If they keep doing it, it's a violation. Keep close records of when they call, who calls, what they say, etc.

retmar
Though the OC is not required by Federal Law, only applicable State Laws, to stop calling upon request, one can still send the requests to them by CMRR. It does not always make them stop, but, if it goes to court, it can be told to the Judge of their actions and how it affected your job, such as promotions, raises, etc. At the same time, after several written and verbal attempts to get them to stop, one can file a complaint of harassment. Since the letters are by CMRR, and all verbals were noted by day, time, and name of rep, one could prove this.
