jdub
my reports from CRA's show a charge off from OC, the same acct with CA and the paid judgement for same acct. I am being hit with three negatives for one account, no? Is this something I just have to accept or is it something I can have removed?
DREPDOM
You can try to dispute those TLs with the CRAs but 3 TLs for one account is totally normal especially in this case when the OC probably sold your account to a CA whom obtains a judgment for the account. score booster
If it went to judgment then the ca accounts should not show a past due amount. I had about ten doctor bills listed separately by a ca which went to judgment. I believe the ca just gave up and turned them back over to the doctor's office, who then obtained their own lawyer. Anyway I disputed all ten with tu stating they shouldn't show a past due amount because they resulted in said judgment. All ten were deleted. Since they were medical, there was no oc listing so I'm not sure on that.
