shafted
If an OC sold your 'supposed' debt to a JDB, and the origingal creditor is not currently reporting a collection item on your credit reports, can they go back and say ooooops, we should have reported this before we sold it, then go back and report their own collection item on your report?? c m chase
I don't think so. They can't do anything with the account once they sell it. This should include reporting it.

anti-something
no experience, but i think they could report, after all it is your credit history.. but they would have to report a $0 balance, report that it was sold, that it is closed.. etc.
