Removing foreclosures

I have. Honestly, the only thing I did was persistently dispute with the CRA's as not mine. Took about a year, but it is now off of all 3 reports. It was sold like three times, too. So about everyother month, online, I disputed as not mine and eventually it came off. Of course, it was over two years old, I think it was three years since the the date it went into forclosure. i tell you persistence is the key to everything. Plus, if you are a female, change your name. :0) I have since, but I hadn't at the time. Good luck.

Ok, here's my situation more or less. I have two properties in a far away city that may get foreclosed on. I never lived there, and they aren't even on my credit report as an address I have ever lived at.

How would I dispute the address? Just say the address isn't correct, it should be 100 merry street lane when it is 105 merry street lane?

Honestly, it depends on the CRA. Equifax and TU deleted all addy's for methat I said weren't mine. EX said sorry they are connected with....l and wouldn't take them off. So I would try and get all old addys off before disputing. Make it totally different.
