( I've been trying to get a reply for over a month now_ actually almost 2 months)What should I do about this????
Leadhead
If it were me, I'd send their registerd agent a certified letter stating you disputed an entry on your CR and EQ failed to properly investigate it.Under the FCRA they must remove it. If not, you will file a lawsuit for violating the FCRA.That should get their attention. The reason for sending it to their registered agent is the RA will forward it to their legal department. workinninetofive
Why do you need to know who exactly signed? I think they just stamp them. Make a copy of the green card and the other green & white slip.
