paid this two collection accounts around 12/04 and I’m trying to get them deleted from my CR. This is what l had done so far

A) Sent out DV to dispute the alleged debt I already paid for 01/15 I demanded deletion of TLs too if they can’t verified.

B) I disputed with the CRAs as inaccurate, incomplete and or no mine 01/25.

C) CAs never changed the status to disputed.

D) So far CAs haven’t answered me yet.

E) Both disputes came verified from the CRAs and updated 02/05 but never reported as disputed by CAs.

F) They are reporting paid, 120+ days late, open, installment, factoring account and stupid comment in the status line.

Now, are they violating FCRA, FDCPA regulations or because both accounts are paid they are not obligated to do anything else?

If I am correct, you definately have a violation on the non reporting of the dispute, I dont know what others will tell you, but you may want to wrte another letter explicity stating you are disputing this debt as not yours and send them CMRRR, give them 5 business days to " verify the debt" with you , do not tell them to report it as disputed, just make sure it explicity says you dispute the debt, then after their non response, or even a response, dispute again with the CRA's, they probably wont report the dispute, and you have them for sure, sent a letter of ITS, and they will probably just drop it off the report because it is paid and they really have no need to invest time into you. After you have all the required evidence, you could even call them after you send your ITS letter and go ballistic. Is this the OC or a CA?

Just read throught your posting again, it also looks like you will have them on the innacuracy of the open status, because if it is paid and it is CO, then it is oviously in fact paid, why would it be open!! but just like Corrine said, they are obligated to report "accurate" information, so find all the violations they are commiting, have all your quotes ready, and good luck.

I bet you are kicking yourself after you found out you shouldnt pay a CO without negotiating for the deletion Huh.
