muneca2 Posted February 25, 2005 Report Share Posted February 25, 2005 I am not getting anywhere between my oc and ca,time ago (three months) the listing was deleted when I was disputing with the cra. Now, the oc digged good enough and they found my debt...the thing is the sol has already expired for this account and I've decided I wont paid a dime to them and I told them so...regarding to the ca I just sent a C&D letter to them.The question is...If is there here any violations between those two, I'd like to know and sent a copy to my AG because I am ready to send a formal complaint to his office.
