needassistance
I made arrangements with the creditor to pay the medical bills. After I paid the creditor, the collection agency is still reporting it on my credit report. How can I get them to delete it?
payinbills
I'm new at this, but I'll give this one a shot. I will be corrected if I'm wrong so keep checking back.I would start by sending them a Debt Validatation letter (DV) and they must validate the fact that you owe the creditor money and get back to you.If you paid the OC (original creditor) then the CA should not be able to validate, therefore will remove the collection. How'm I doing guys??Payinbills! reno2360
If the original creditor is willing to make payment arrangements and accept payment then they need to recall this from the CA.
