Sultan
I have a letter from a creditor that says the following-ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENTJUDGMENT NUMBER CVXXXXXX SSN: XXX-XX-XXXXThe judgment referenced above has been released. A copy of the satisfaction is enclosed for your records. The original satisfaction has been sent to the county recorder for processing. If you have concerns about your credit history, you should contact your credit reporting agency. Will this letter prove grounds for deletion? or does it simply mean satisfied and paid status? it says it has been released, so i'm thinking its grounds for deletion but i'm obviously not entirely sureInput from someone who knows would be truly awesome
workinninetofive
You satisfied the judgment.. so they will put paid judgment on your records. The only way they delete is if you get lucky or if its vacated. You could try sending it in with a letter that says acct #xxxx, has been released. Proof attached. Please delete.
