hendu
I sent CSC a dispute on 12/08/2005 for 3 items on my report. 3 weeks later, they send the results for 2 of the items, but not for one item. That item happened to be a BK listed in the public records. I sent them an ITS letter on 01/24 demanding that they delete the BK item because it was past the 30 day time frame. Included in that letter, I told them that they listed my name wrong on the report. Well, I get the response from them today. They investigated items that I didn't even ask them to investigate!!! Two items got deleted and the BK remains. So, I get on the phone and demand them to delete but the lady puts me on hold. I guess she went to speak to her supervisor. I couldn't wait because I was working, but now I want to call back and get on their case again. Should I pursue this throught he phone or send another letter? I need an answer quickly because I want to talk to that lady again!!!! BTW, I haave ALL of the proof that the investigation was sent! TIA!! c m chase
I don't have any contacts for Experian. If I did, they'd be getting an earful from me right now. Grrrr. I worked with Yolanda Gohler (CSC) at first too...she ended up handing me over to Donna, where it finally got done.

workinninetofive
Fortunately Im not in Texas but can someone explain the whole CSC/Equifax thing to me? Why can't a TX resident deal with Equifax?Because EQ has hired another company to maintain files. They have divided the files up. Some of our files are at CSC and some are at EQ. I'm in KY and my file is at CSC too.
Sultan
Fortunately Im not in Texas but can someone explain the whole CSC/Equifax thing to me? Why can't a TX resident deal with Equifax?here, look herehttp://www.nationalscoreindex.com/?sc=300001&bcd=NSLPMAPI wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that TX residents......I believe Texas has the lowest score average of any state, them big minded people don't need A+ credit, just a little bit of oil or some good savings and loans scams and they are all good.
