FishOn
In Dec '98 a tenant of mine got an MBNA platinum card in my name. I cancelled the card, went a few rounds with MBNA and got it pretty well cleared up. The account still shows [open] on my TU report. It's $0 balance, $5500 limit and no payment history.I have 3 other CC's, one going back 12 years.Do I get this taken off or just let sleeping dogs lie? Thanks. dasani08810
I'd let it alone. Reason being, it's $5000 more into your util% factor.
miracle
Hiya! If there is no negative history , I would probably keep it. It is a long established credit account and probably only helping your score. That is, as long as it has no negativity to the TL.
