KentWA Posted March 2, 2005 Report Posted March 2, 2005 I had done a dispute not long ago with EQ and got the statement of reinvestigation back. I did not think much about it until I needed to check something from PG againest my original CR. Then I realized I had not received a corrected Credit Report.I called up EQ and asked where my corrected CR was. She stated they do not send them out any longer as they are not obligated to. Of course I came back with "Let me ready you FCRA §611(a)(6)". She obviously had a copy right there because she was reading along with me. She then said they will send me a "Complementry" copy.Damn I hate these people more each day.
