disney
I have a friend that filed for bankruptcy in 2/2004 and all of the things that appear on her credit report should have been included in the bankruptcy. Can she dispute these and if she does what would should she put? Another friend of mine said to just say no knowledge of account but I am thinking that she can just say included in bankruptcy. Also when something is included in bankruptcy is it suppose to come off of your CR.
crofttk
disney:NO QUICK ANSWER EXISTS for the question as stated.I would warn your friend, however, against even thinking about the word bankruptcy while even coming close to corresponding with a CRA -- don't do their job of verifying the info they put in your file for them !Meantime, you or your friend needs to do the homework required -- in places like this forum -- and ask more specific questions about what you read and more thoroughly evaluate your own situation before making up your mind what approach to take.I don't want to put you off, I just worded this for impact. The long and complex answer to your question is already here, it's just that I don't think anyone's going to be able to hand it to you in one post. Good Luck !
