babynurse31
I started my credit repair journey in January and have had some success thanks to this great board. I sent my first round of disputes to the CRA's on Jan. 18 and received the results mid Feb. Can I send a new round of disputes again now or do I need to wait? Also, if I disputed as not mine the first time do I dispute as that again or go for a wrong date, etc. Thanks again for all your help
Sultan
For me I did it systematically, waiting til each round of disputes were complete then beginning the next with in a week or 2. So you should be ready for your next round. I've used that same strategy on inquiries, which is what I am working on now. As far as reasons, I used 'other' often and gave an explaination of generic excuses, such as I paid this in full it should have never been in collections, or the charges were unauthorized, or I was charged for either goods or services that I never received. Get a few opinions on reasons if your not sure, maybe some of these sharp people around here have some good ideas, i'm obviously not afraid to give my opinion G/L

You can dispute other items in your next round. When you do dispute those same items again, yes go for wrong date, etc. PS- this game takes some patience, if you do dispute the same items you will be labeled "frivilous" and that will be a set back for you. babynurse31
Thanks! That's what I was thinking. should that be 60 days from the initiation of the disputes or completion of disputes? I am working on some PFD and DV in the meantime, but its hard to wait!!! This is very addicting!
