LadyButler
Which is a better tactic for first dispute with CRA for a Collection that's been paid for nearly 4 years? (paid 5/01) Not Mine or "to be deleted upon payment per agreement"
Begirl
If you tell them "to be deleted upon payment per agreement", they're gonna wanna see the agreement in writing.
wolfpup
i tried the paid for delete per agreement and EQ told me that paid as agreed accounts stay on for 10 years. i was under the impression that collections fell off after 7.
LadyButler
Paid as agreed is a good thing. Now a Paid COLLECTION is just as bad as an unpaid collection. Regardless, a negative TL should fall off after 7 years. Positives can stay as long as the creditor reports them!
JethroBo
I am wondering if I could get an old (5 years ago) judgment against me for a repo by the "not mine" dispute. That things hurting me pretty bad and its been paid off for 3 years!
