Ok... I'm sorry to admit that at 40 yrs old this is the first time i have even glanced at a credit report. I ordred all three and am working on cleaning up all errors. My question is this. Experian has listed my husband's social security number on my report under "variable SSN". Is this legalt? I don't think I would want to have my social security on his report if someone was pulling his report. Advise on this would be appreciated and bear with me as I might be posting more for more help! I have disputed several negatives right online already.

Thanks again these boards are so great!!

You must have jointly applied for something that made it show up. Definitely call immediately and remove. Shouldn't be a problem. Maybe Dispute it under personal information online.
