xfire96
I just recieved three checks to help consolidate bills. Two are made out to me & Citi. The amounts the lender made to pay off these accounts is over my true debt. Can I cash these checks because my name is on them or must I forward them to Citi? willingtocope
Not exactly sure what you've got in mind, but I'd suggest endorsing the two that are made out to you and Citi over to Citi...which I assume means that your Citi debt is then paid. Then...the one that's just made out to you...do with what you want...
Guest
Citi will have to refund to you any money over the amount you owe MINUS interest fees if you are paying the bill off early.Unless your loan company got payoff dates that are in lines with the Citi.
