RMA now placing collection on report without VALIDATION

It's very typical. You will need to obtain a copy of your credit reports then write letters after you've allowed 60 days for the validation process. The credit reporting agencies should list your entry as disputed by the consumer. It could take at least 90 days for the tradeline deletion after you write the CRA's that your creditors failed to validate.

RMA ignores letters. I had to send an ITS with a copy of a rough draft of a federal complaint, they finally sent a letter stating that they couldn't validate and were deleting. Too bad they had verified the TL with the CRA TWICE before they figured out they couldn't validate...it is going to cost them dearly! RMA sucks.
