DivineDiva Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 I had a judgement entered against me in May 2004. I know judgements accrue interest. Does anyone know what the interest rate is? Is it based on the state you live in? I live in DE.
willingtocope Posted March 11, 2005 Report Posted March 11, 2005 Maximum interest is based on state, and on what amount they ask for in getting the judgement. Whatever papers you were given with regard to the judgement being granted should tell you what interest is being charged.
