They are also reporting that I have two 30 day late payments about 1 1/2 ago. I was thinking of giving them a call today to pay the balance in full and somehow ask to have late payments deleted or ask them not to report them to CRA's anymore. HOw would I ask this question? ANd to whom should I ask to speak with. Account Supervisor?I just spoke with an account supervisor. Ihad no sort of luck at all. I said that i was interested in reactivating my account, pay balance in full and requested to get my tradeline cleared and get my 2 late payments removed or not reported.
