DREPDOM Posted March 5, 2005 Report Posted March 5, 2005 A JDB is listing a TL with multiple violations in my CRs like Open acc, 120+ days late, Factoring acc, date of open acc, etc... How am l supposed to dispute the TL to the CRA, all violations in one dispute or a violation at a time? My goal is to get the TL gone for good and is a paid acc already. If these were answered somewhere else l apologize but l couldn’t find it.
wert Posted March 5, 2005 Report Posted March 5, 2005 Reasons to dispute:-not mine-wrong date-wrong amount-account paid in full--never lateDispute for any reason. Not mine is a good place to start. It really doesn't make a difference why, just get the disputes started.I usually disputed 3-4 at a time.

RedDog Posted March 7, 2005 Report Posted March 7, 2005 Instead of "not mine" use "not familar with this account". And as Admin said use only one reason at a time for each account.
