pursuit
I'm really curious to know how much Sherman Acq paid for a $4500 chargeoff debt. I see all sorts of numbers ranging from 1%-5% of the total. Is there anyway to get some real numbers? HELP

pursuit
The case law is awesome but how do I get them to comply if I'm not suing them. Meaning, if I'm not requesting Discovery, what incentive do they have to give me the info? Also, how could I word the letter to better coax them along?
