legend
An OC filed a judgment against me in 01 in their county where their main bank branch is located for 1600.00 I am in another county in the same state though. They liened my bassboat which I paid cash for years ago. I have requested they sell it at county auction and still they have not! Now the value has decreased again over the 4 years since judgment was entered. I wasnt aware of the court date when original judgment was filed. Can they file in their county or are they supposed to file in mine? Thenk you

workinninetofive
Mine is from Beneficial as well. They filed in my county. They had the judgment listed and two additional accts. It took forever to get the accts off the reports. EX still shows the judgment.
