razorack
I have written out my answer to complaint and have included affirmative defenses and counter claims. Could Doc or Chase or someone in the know please give me some advice on it. The CA is Rausch, Sturm, Israel and Hornik they are the CA for MBNA. They got a Binding arbitration against me and are now taking me to court to get a judgment with this Arbitration award. They have asked the court to give them a judgment with this bull**** document so I have answered the complaint and need some knowledgeable person to look at it for me and give me a thumbs up and if not point out where I need to adjust. Please let me know if you will read it and I will send it to you by either private message or email. Thanks, razorack
c m chase
You should actually post the answer in the lawyer section and see what you can come up with. Make sure to take out any personal info like dates, amounts, names, etc.I don't know anything about Arbitration, but I can look at it.
razorack
cm chase,OMG thank you, I have been following your case and was hoping you would answer. How should I send it to you email or what would you prefer. I have until the 18th of March to have this served upon them so not much time left if I have to revamp or make serious changes.razorack --
c m chase
No worries....12 days is a lifetime to answer. You can learn a boatload of stuff in that time. I'd personally like you to post it in the forum so everyone can see and help out. But if you want to PM it to me, you can certainly do that too.
