anti-something Posted March 7, 2005 Report Share Posted March 7, 2005 i applied for a car loan thru eloan, (only allowed them the one pull, no shopping around) more to see if i could get it, than i need it. they pulled EX, my best, at 772! which went down to 768 after the pull.. (they said no btw!)but they changed my birth year?!?!? and they changed my employer too. WTF?!? i DID NOT fill their form out wrong! i know when i was born! The reason they don't accept the checks from eloan is there is a laundry list of stipulations you have to meet in order for them to cash a check usually involves 2 days of faxing, then hoping that they processed everything correctly, getting an auth #, and a bunch more stuff. then sending the check through and 20 days later sending it back because they lost something.They are just a pain to deal withOh, I forgot to mention, if you are over a 700 your dealership can probably get you a loan, or maybe find a credit union in your area that you are qualified to join - they usually have pretty decent rates.
