Methuss Posted March 7, 2005 Report Posted March 7, 2005 First you have to dispute it with the CRA as an illegal reinsert of deleted material. If they delete it again, no problem. If they give you some BS about it, then you have them on willfull non-compliance with section 605 and 611 of the FCRA.

Same thing happened to me they never let me know.I have now sent my last letter to them with ITS, but just checked my report and it's still there and does not even show in dispute.So I would also be interested in knowing how to file!
