New information on the insurance industry

After EXTENSIVE research on the topic here:

I have discovered a great Florida Law. It is ss 626.9741(4)(B), and it reads like this:

(B) An insurer may not make an adverse decision solely because of information contained in a credit report or score without consideration of any other underwriting or rating factor.

Since the four reasons listed were all related to my report, there was nothing else in my CLUE report, or in my DMV report, I am going to threaten them with a suit, and I am going to go for lots o' money. I am also going to tack on Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices. I wonder if I can find an attorney willing to help me with class action.....

Your DMV Record is the other underwritting information they used. I am not sure that would get too far. Typically they run Underwriting credit score, Loss history report, DMV check (DL basically). The DMV report is not the same as a credit report or credit score.

a CLUE report is basically what you will find in a DMV report.. but more indepth

A CLUE report .. from what I have heard.. will tell you how many times the insurance has paid.. and how much.. if it was your fault or the other drivers etc.

A CLUE is mainly used for insurance.

I say GO FOR IT DIVE!!!!!

Tell us how it turns out

What is in this CLUE report is:

Insurance companies for the last few years

Driving record

Claims info

Other licensed drivers who have reported from your address

Credit Record

The other sections of the report said "no records for the last 36 months" except credit record, the previous insurers and a list of every licensed driver who has ever lived at my address. (Former residents? I live in an apartment)
