Mortgage Payment Paid Late by New Lender

My new mortgage company told me not to pay my last payment, as they had worked it into the payoff. Of course, now, my old mortgage company is reporting me late, as the new mortgage company paid it after the due date. Is there any consumer protection regarding this type of problem?

Thanks.

Yeah, its called a pen and paper. Maybe fingers and ink?? If you can supply the specifics of it and you kept good notes about who you spoke with and the dates and such, I would start with a very friendly yet frank letter, "I'm very pleased to be on board with your company, etc. and also this particular item needs to be corrected as a result of the transition....etc."

Hey you still disputing by the 2.5 dozen or what?> J/K

Hey,

I'm still pluggin away. How about a 100 point increase (FAKO) in first 45 days of work?

I overnighted two judgment dismissals, one negative account removal, and one collection removal to the CRAs today. We'll see how that goes.

Sorry if I've been a bother, but I want to keep these bastards on the run!

Thanks for the help!

100 points, nice work bro. What bother? I think some people realize that exchange and abundance helps us to stay sharp and empowers us, while many others have a scarcity mentality which makes them think they have to keep all of their best ideas secret or they have no edge <- the latter is flawed I.M.O.

Refer the the quote at the top of the page.
