So......

Last week I sent a PFB letter to JCPenney asking for a CLI. I haven't had one in over 2 years.

Get a letter today asking me to call GEMB Client services rep. By the way, it was NOT a form letter and was hand-signed by the rep.

Asked him for CLI, he said hold a sec while I look at your info. BAM! He said if I double your CL will that be sufficient? :shock:

I said that would be great!

Took all of about 45 seconds.
