CanUProveIt
I sent in my dispute to them in Jan. I get an updated report back from them and what did they do? They friggin deleted my mortgage account and left all the TL's I disputed untouched. I followed up with a PR letter and tell them they have 5 days to delete. I go and check CK and see that they are re-investigating and marking some crap CO's that are past my states SOL as 120 days late. What can I do here? Thanks again for your responses to my last question.

DocDon
Sounds like somebody is messing with you.Unfortunately, the CRA's only understand litigation. The will not answer your PR letters. You can try contacting somebody higher up to resolve the issue. The CSR's and quite possibly their supervisors may not be interested in your issue. There's a sticky with contact names/numbers for the CRA's. That should probably be your first step. CanUProveIt
Yea, I kind of figured that. I am just trying to build a paper trail with the PR request. Not to mention Sherman is listing 1 account on EQ and EX and this account was out of SOL in NJ on 10/2004

Valkyrine
Good idea to build a paper trail. The SOL and the length of time they can report it are different. They can report it for up to 7.5 years.

CanUProveIt
Yea I know that but the thing with this is that the account was originally listed with the infamous Gulf State and Sherman is now showing an open date of 10/02. I have never had an account with Sprint and Sherman is also listing this account as OPEN. Go Figure!!!Thanks again for your replies
