strabismo
What type of SOL would a medical bill be considered? The DOLA would have been 5/1999 and it is from WV. I know live in TN and the CA is from PA. Who's law do I follow and they are still trying to collect and keep hitting my credit report? Does anyone know if this is beyond the SOL? Valkyrine
This seems to be the unanswerable question, CreditDiva. Check your PM.
divemedic
They have to sue you where you reside. Use where you live's SOL. Some states allow other state's SOL to be used (Florida allows the other state's SOL if it is shorter than Florida's). What kind of debt (open, written, etc) depends on whether you signed an agreement to pay, etc
