chesire17201 Posted March 12, 2005 Report Share Posted March 12, 2005 we closed on our loan yesterday....just wondering about the appraisel, don't you typically receive a copy of the appraisel at closing? or do i need to call my broker and see if he will just mail me a copy? i'm not all that concerned with it, really just curious as to what the house did appraise for....
