LadyButler
As usual... get a second opinion before you act on my advice... BUT...1) I'd dispute all of the Cap 1s as "Not Mine" and maybe the real McCoy will stand up! 2) Do you have paperwork showing the original date of repo? If you do- send the CRA a letter with a copy of the paperwork showing the actual repo... and tell them to fix it! Second opinion?

ktg
Thanks, LadyButler!Re Cap1: I disputed it with Equifax as "not mine" couple weeks ago (no results yet), but this acc. didn't show up twice on EQ report. Have no clue how comes PG has it 2+2+4 times As for docs. for car repo - I don't have any paperwork at all (except for a copy of original contract). I wasn't even there when the car was taken..Now looking back to what I did BEFORE... I want to laugh and cry ..

I wasn't even there when the car was taken.. If I were you, I'd contact the creditor that had ordered the repo and play dumb. Ask for documentation of when the repo was carried out- then you've got the proof you need! If they don't have that info anymore... come back and we'll see what the SEASONED folks can tell you about getting it deleted since the repo can't be proved! Now looking back to what I did BEFORE... I want to laugh and cry .. I say laugh. I don't know about you, but I've got enough to cry about! :)

Methuss
Dispute the items as "duplicates." You'll probably have to do this one in writing by CMRRR. I don't think the on-line dispute gives the option to report duplicates (The CRA is "perfect" after all...[sarc]). Generally if you can identify which one is correct, the other simply get removed by the CRA.Every time I've disputed a duplicate, it came off in a snap. Narry an argument fromt eh CRA over it.
