DV letter question - newbie

Recommended Posts

Yep, you can. However remember that it may be a day or two before USPS puts the little yellow slip in their box and when they stop by to pick it up. I have also heard of situations where the CAs do not accept them, just "forgetting" to go in and sign for them. Some people send 2 letters, one CMRRR and another just certified. You can check when the certified one was delivered into their box at usps.com. If you have to go to court then getting the CMRRR letter back, yet their receiving the certified letter only makes a stronger case.
