credit-nightmare
I just did my first round of disputes and I did both phone and online . I did personl info. by phone because it wouldn't let me do it online. All the rest I did online . It was easy enough to do , but I probably wont dispute online again .After I did it the online web page kept blocking me out or the report wouldn't show up when I went back to see the status . So I think I will use CMRRR from now on. Besides doing it CMRRR will leave me a paper trail , I guess online will to if you print it out , but seeing as how im NOT computer savy , its so easy for me to lose or forget to print things online until its to late. I will never dispute on the phone ( except for the personal info ) because Im still new at this and get intimidated by them easily still , so I will do it by mail , where I can be strong

divemedic
I have had more luck suing furnishers than CRA's. For that reason, I have always gone with dispute by phone or online
devil21
All are good in their own way. Online is fine as long as you print out all the paperwork. Mail is great because it proves they received your dispute. Phone is probably the easiest but it really leaves something to be desired because they can "lose" your dispute and you would never know until the 30 days passes. On the plus side, you can easily communicate your dispute to a live person.
