workinninetofive
Well all those CBC, CSC's all look the same to me. Do you have something that you could be sued for? I would call them up (the CRA's) find out their addresses and info. Then I would dv all their butts.PS-this sounds like sabatoge with hard inquiries. Don't let them get away with it. CreditDiva
Are these all hard inquiries? I have not been shopping around for a mortage but have at least 20 inquires listed as PRM, The Credit Bureau is listed as a collection agency on my report
workinninetofive
You shouldn't let them get away with that... that's @ 2 points each... that's total sabatoge.
Tamara
I don't know how to tell if they are hard inquiries. I found these on my PG report.
workinninetofive
PG only shows me my hard inquiries. I'm pretty sure those are hard. I have to look at the reports from the CRAs to see the soft ones.
Tamara
Nothing being sued for. These were all April of 2004. The only thing going on at that time was that we were buying a house. But the mortgage company shows a couple of inquiries already (which I didn't include in my list). Could these be related to the mortgage? If so, who are they? They are not my mortgage company. Thanks! workinninetofive
Yeah, that's what it sounds like. I would just dispute them.

edubb007
They don't cost you 2 or 3 points each if they are together or within a 90 day period due to rate shopping. Dispute them and see what comes back!
c m chase
And, by the way, if you're getting a boatload of PRM (promotional) inquiries, you need to opt out of the promo offers list. Opting out will also take you off the list they sell to collection agencies and such.1-888-5 OPT OUT
