wolfpup
i applied for a car loan, knowing they pull experian (i live in GA). My EX score is 640ish and i have 5 medical collections for a total amount of $453. The newest collection account is from December of 2002. I have 2 credit cards in good standing - one is almost a year old and the other is very new - i got it february. i thought that i had a shot at getting approved. i need to get financed and EX is my best score. anyone know who pulls EX for a car loan? Thanks! bellatragedia
For myself, in Oregon, Household pulls EX. They might pull EQ as well though in other parts. I'd look up who pulls whom in your state first and then see if Household pulls EX for you.

score booster
I've heard of patelco approvals with scores lower than yours. If you'd had a car loan reporting in good standing you probably would've been approved. You could try HSBC auto finance (formerly household auto). They may take a shot on you.
