Is that 60 days from when I initiated the dispute or from when they completed their 'investigation'? Also, I used 'not mine' the first time, so I should use something different this time right?Thanks for all your help--I'm making progress slowly!
horns Posted March 17, 2005 Report Posted March 17, 2005 yes, you need to use "something" different each time. The CRA's are used to "us dispute people" so alot of the time it will take several attempts before you get the lazy CR rep who doesnt verify and just deletes what you are asking for.
