I've applied with Countrywide and the rep on the phone said I was pre-qualified for 100,000 at 6.75% with no points, 100% financing, approx closing costs $2,005, 15 months of insurance and 6 months of taxes plus mortgage insurance. My score, with a bankruptcy 2 and a half yrs ago, from TU is 653 as of 3/11 Ex 643 as of 3/16 my husbands is much better 690 but not with a solid work history so they have to rely on me for that. I live in Akron Ohio and rates are 1.25% lower for ones with good credit should I accept this financing or continue the search? We have no down payment only amount for closing costs, T&I.

I think that the rate you were quoted is pretty good, especially if it is for a 100% loan. I think that the closing cost estimate is really low, but it may be just an estimate and not based on anything firm.
