strabismo
Hi I am currently in school and was wondering if I can apply for a mortgage now or if I have to wait. I will graduate in 2.5 months. I have no real income right now. My scores are listed below. Thanks.FICO:TransUnion692 Date: 3/19/2005 Equifax690 Date: 3/19/2005 Experian658 Date: 3/19/2005
workinninetofive
Your scores are good. Can you afford to pay the payments with no income? That's the first question.
strabismo
Yes I can make the payments for the next few months with no problems. My only question is will the bank loan me the money with no income yet?
firstsource
It depends on how much of a down payment you can make. Where would the funds come from for your payments?Do you have a firm job lined up?Charles
strabismo
The down payment will be a little tough. I have been making payments to the owners for the last 7-8 months as a rent/down payment. I kinda have a firm job lined up, when I graduate I will be an eye doctor so my income should be okay. I am only looking to finance 105,000. I am looking to try to get as close to 100% financing as possible. Does anyone know what my chances are?
