Anyone have a nudge?

Recommended Posts

I'm in El Paso, Tx. Can anyone advise or give an opinion regarding the 'consumer climate' in small claims and Superior/Federal courts here (re: pro se suing CA or OC - using state statutes, FCRA, etc)?

After all this great info, it seems a shame to have to go totally blind into court and throw all our hard work into the Whim Winds.

:::nervous about this VERY Republican state:::

Thanks, Admin; that's good to hear. When going pro se once before back in the NorthEast, I scouted around to learn which judges were most open to pro se-er's and my type of case, and timed my case filing to land before a particular judge. So if anyone has a recommendation, please let me know. :)
