Mannerheim
Hello,I have two old auto loan accounts (1998 - 2000, 2000 - 2002). The older one is flawless, as I prepaid the lease. But, it doesn't show on my CRA reports. Would it benefit me to add this to my reports? The other one is flawless, but there are payments not showing (just blank) on my credit report. Is it worth getting all of them reported correctly?Do payments older than 24 months have much of an impact on credit scores? Thanks for the help! And all history on your credit report is considered. I don't know of weight given to the last 24 months. Not that it isn't the case, but I've never seen this published. Mannerheim
HI!Thanks for responding. I have an old prepaid lease that Ford said that they would report to the bureaus within the next 30 days. Are you saying that there is a chance that it won't be posted by the CRAs?If posted (1998 - 2001), is it a waste of my time, in terms of score? I thought it would be a great trade line.
lyrech
Ford should be able to add it. I think she was saying that it's nearly impossible to add lines yourself. If it's a positive TL and Ford is going to report it accurately, go for it. It definitely won’t hurt anything!

Mannerheim
Hey lyrech,I noticed that your FAKOs are lower than your FICOs. Isn't it usually the other way around?
