Kendra
Default judgment entered against me. Bank account has been froze. Now I just received a wage execution form stating I have to pay 10% of my gross wages every week. That comes out to alot of money. Alot more than I can afford. Is bankruptcy my only option at this time?
NikonMan
At this point, you should contact an lawyer. A default judgement usually means that someone (creditor, etc.) sued you and you did not appear in court. This is not good, as the creditor now has the legal right to garnish, etc. GET AN ATTORNEY ... I know this is frustrating, but you must act, otherwise the money lenders will bleed you incessantly. Kendra
I don't know about pay pal and prepaid visa, hopefully someone else can answer your question. Thanks for trying to help me. I still don't know what kind of lawyer to contact. I have to hurry because time is running out. The letter I received the other day said I have to pay 10% of my wages (weekly) starting in April. So I need to do something soon.Good luck to you as well.
